We are just starting up a data governance program. Can you recommend websites where I can leverage existing templates for the team's standard operating procedures (i.e. standard review/approval/escalation process)?
There is a really useful website with a lot of templates for data governance, requirements analysis, business intelligence (BI), and lot of other cool stuff: MIKE2.0 Methodology. Also, I recently did a research paper on operational data governance. Email me and I will be happy to share some slides on operational data quality metrics, oversight management and escalation.
