DB2 SQL error codes

General error information

The Messages and Codes manual for OS/390 and z/OS can be downloaded here. Or, according to IBM's Web site, customers of DB2 UDB can use the online feature of the product by following these steps:

  1. From a Windows environment go to: Start --> Programs --> IBM DB2 --> Information
  2. From the expanded Information screen, select DB2 Information. This will open either your Web browser or the Information Center.
  3. From the Information Center, select the Books tab. Expand Reference, then select Message Reference.
