Jill Dyché, Partner and co-founder, Baseline Consulting
Jill Dyché is an internationally recognized author, speaker, and business consultant. She is partner and co-founder of Baseline Consulting, a professional services firm specializing in business analytics, data warehousing, data integration and master data management.
Prior to co-founding Baseline, Jill worked for pioneering technology vendors Teradata and Computer Associates. In 1991 she relocated to Paris, France, which served as a base for her consulting work with companies such as Daimler, Royal Insurance and the French national railroad. Returning to the states in 1993, she helped grow Baseline from a boutique database consultancy into an acclaimed systems integrator. She is responsible for establishing client delivery strategies and conducting research in the areas of CRM, BI, and data asset management, and delivers executive-level workshops in these areas. Jill has helped companies like Verizon, American Express, Charles Schwab, and The Gap develop their information management platforms and strategies. Jill's first book, e-Data (Addison Wesley, 2000) has been published in six languages. She is a contributor to the book, Impossible Data Warehouse Situations: Solutions From the Experts (Addison Wesley, 2002), and her work has been featured in major publications such as Computerworld, DM Review, Intelligent Enterprise, Oracle Magazine, Information Week, CIO Magazine, The Washington Times, and The Chicago Tribune.
